Wallace Caravans (Kirkcaldy) are a National Caravan Council Approved Caravan Workshop. Our workshop engineers undergo regular CITO and Manufacturer based training to comply with the current industry standards and hold the City and Guild certificates required. Our engineers are trained to the highest standards and have been on ALKO, Truma, Dometic, and Thetford training courses. Our workshop is an Approved Thetford Service Centre.

We are an Alko Premier Service Centre as well as being an Alko Approved ATC Fitment Centre, 1 of only 2 caravan centres in Scotland and 1 of 17 in the whole of the UK to qualify. This means you can have your ALKO ATC Trailer Control System or the new AL-KO AMS Mammut Motor Movers fitted in our workshop.

The Standard Service should be carried out at least once a year.
